Project Realist

Project realist, the word says it all: realist/realize. At Fresh Forward we get to work on a wide variety of projects. No project is the same and therefore it remains challenging, and this way you develop yourself to the next level. My work reward is the moment a team leaves our Service Station or other location fully charged and inspired. I experience that as magic. Of course I don't do it alone, we do it together. The executive level is where I am most in my element. Making connections - nothing as fun and interesting as people - and getting everything moving. Keeping the big picture in sight. And can't it be done? Then it's bound to work, thinking around and approaching things differently.
