Every change starts with asking the right questions. Digging until you get to the core. That's where I get my energy. Because only when the soil is right can something grow that stays. As a Bloom Strategist, I help teams take root in a solid foundation and grow into ideas for which there were no words before. Sometimes that requires weeding out. Letting go of what no longer works. Sometimes fertilizing. Strengthening what is already right. I bring energy, structure and playfulness. Use creativity and keen observation to get people out of their fixed paths. Not only to think, but especially to act. This creates room for growth. And not only that: for flowering. For change that fits, touches and sticks. Because growth is beautiful. But flowering is where the difference is made.
