My colleagues call me 'The Focuser.' That focus is the result of years of in-depth study of group dynamics, including through System-Centered Training and Deep Democracy. I can see what drives a group forward or holds it back, even when the group itself doesn’t yet realize it. This insight has deeper roots: as an art history graduate, I learned to observe what a form reveals about its time—even beneath the surface. Singing, which I’ve been doing as a hobby for years, further sharpens that same focus: listening closely to what a voice, a silence, or a wrong note is really saying.
