In order to use the services and specifically the app of Fresh Forward, a personal account must be created. For this account the registration of an e-mail address and password is mandatory. Registering your phone number is optional. Your personal data are used for the following purposes: your login details (email address and password) are used to secure your account and to allow you to use the services in the app.
Article 2 Provision to third parties
Fresh Forward does not provide data to third parties unless it is necessary for the provision of the services in the app, or it is required by law, or you have given your consent. For the delivery of the services in the app, Fresh Forward uses the services of other service providers who act as processors. With these service providers Fresh Forward enters into a processor agreement so that they process the personal data only for the purposes for which the data were obtained.
