Tess and Pien, junior and senior, started at Fresh Forward almost at the same time. At first sight opposites on many levels. Where Tess observes and listens quietly, Pien is someone who races through everything like a whirlwind and picks up everything immediately and with full energy. Tess starts with a new fresh look and Pien starts with loads of experience. Tess is a creative strategist and Pien pragmatic and executive. Where they find each other is when it comes to making connections. Both connect easily with others, have an open attitude and see making connections as their strength. Connectedness with the organization, connectedness with each other and connectedness with the outside world and through this create something beautiful together.

"In the last week of August I started at Fresh Forward, my very first 'real' job. An exciting new step, with a different rhythm, different forms of freedom and continuous development in many areas.
I have always found people in different shapes, sizes and contexts interesting. I like to observe, listen and analyze, often focusing on human behavior, forms of communication, the functioning of individuals within a group and groups in general (composition, expressions, functionality, etc.). During my college years and various side jobs, the emphasis was mainly on the functioning of people within an organizational context and I sought depth myself by taking additional courses in anthropology, philosophy and journalism. As a creative strategist, I now get to engage in strategic renewal of organizations and let my imagination play a leading role in these processes. Imagine the next level.
Imagination is that which used to make all my reading books come to life and allowed me to see new parts and achievements before me during my sports career and thus make them a reality. Now I get the chance to use this quality and, in collaboration with a fine team, discover the desire of organizations and get people moving.'
About Pien
'After working for 10 years in various positions from database marketing to Production Supervisor, I then started thinking about what actually suits me best. That was followed by 22 years in various positions at an experience agency.
One looks, another sees ... experience, which is a feeling that appeals to me a lot. I can match this feeling well with the philosophy of Fresh Forward. I took the plunge, hunted and caught - as of September I started!
I like to support invisible, in the broadest sense of the word. I like to guard the homebase while everything runs smoothly project-wise or on site, which is my cherry on top. Being communicative is an advantage as a Project Realist. And if I've never done it before I think I can (learn to). I see problems as challenges, thinking around them and approaching them differently again!'
Fresh Forward has a fine team with certainly also support for each other and a respectful informal atmosphere, which creates nice preconditions for special things to happen. And I am very happy to work on that.
