The SLIM scheme supports a number of types of projects:
- Vetting & development plan
Get a clear picture of what your people and your organization need to grow in the future → Subsidy: up to € 24.999 for individual trajectories - Development & implementation of L&O approach
Develop your own learning and development strategy and anchor it sustainably in your organization → Grant: up to € 24,999 for individual trajectories
Note: apply from Sept. 1 to 30 2025. If there is strong interest, a draw will take place. So make sure you get there on time.

What does it cost you?
We work with grant partner Leap, who will take care of the application for you. The investment is clear and approachable:
- €750 for the grant application through Leap (this is a fixed fee regardless of whether or not the grant is awarded)
- €3,750 own contribution (only if grant amounting to €24,999 is awarded)
When awarded, you will receive a multi-day course that normally costs €24,999 for only €4,500.
