Last week we met with a select group of HR directors in our People Circle. An inspiring evening full of depth, exchange and good food.

Together with our time spirit expert Niels Hansen we explored the promise as well as the dark side of AI. Because while technology is developing at lightning speed, many are also growing discomfort. What does this mean for people in organizations? Where is the space for connection, imagination and responsibility?

As HR leaders, we face the challenge of shaping that ‘human side of AI,’ of organizing it in a conscious and human-centered way.

The conversations were open and inspiring. About ethics, leadership and the role of HR in a time of exponential change. And of course in the warm atmosphere one has come to expect from us: with room for meeting, dialogue and good food.

Thanks to everyone who attended!

Here's to a future where technology and humanity reinforce each other.

Curious about the AI leadership program we developed with The AI Playground?
The AI Core Team Pathway is a unique leadership program that brings together AI, strategy and people-centered leadership. Not either technology or behavior, but a powerful combination of AI expertise, strategy and people. We are building a new generation of organizations: future-oriented, agile and human.
