Jempi Moens gives masterclass to Bold Leadership Movement
What if leaders not only provide direction, but also bring oxygen to their organizations? On June 24 our founder Jempi Moens gave a powerful Oxygen masterclass during the Bold Leadership Movement of MT Sprout. An afternoon full of energy, insight and imagination, about what it takes to really get people and organizations moving.

The Bold Leadership Movement brings together visionary leaders who are not afraid to make sharp choices. The 2025 program focuses on meetings with leaders such as Saskia Egas Reparaz, CEO HEMA, Hans van den Berg, CEO Tata Steel and Simon Sinek & Sanna Marin. On June 24, it was the turn of Jempi Moens, founder of Fresh Forward and LUNAR Institute, with his master class on purposeful change.
According to Jempi, many leaders neglect their own energy. As a result, they fail sufficiently to bring their people along with them in change. In his workshop, built around our philosophy Business by Desire, he talked about the importance of mental nourishment, imagination and inner leadership. About the difference between 'strategy on paper' and 'strategic movement': the big difference between 'having a mission' and 'being on a mission'. And about what happens when leaders oxygenate rather than control the organization.
Participants were given practical tools and mental space to take their leadership to the next level. Not a classic masterclass, but an experiential journey in which inspiration and activation went hand in hand.

About the Bold Leadership Movement
The movement is an initiative of MT Sprout and connects leaders who want to contribute to positive change. Participants attend four meetings per year, including inspiring sessions with Simon Sinek and Sanna Marin, among others, during the Amsterdam Business Forum.
