On Jan. 1, 2023, we welcomed Ginny Nijman to the Fresh Foward and LUNAR Institute team. Ginny has years of experience coaching Management Teams and departmental teams within various organizations, such as corporates, healthcare institutions, construction companies, educational institutions, etc. Themes include getting their strategy to land within their team. But she was also approached when goals were not achieved because there was something in the team dynamics at that moment that could be improved.
What fascinates Ginny is that people who individually are really cool professionals, in a group, with each other, sometimes completely lose their way, working against and frustrating each other (consciously or unconsciously). And therefore fail to achieve the maximum result. That has fascinated her for as long as she can remember, and she eventually made that her work.
Her connection to Fresh Forward and LUNAR Institute goes back to the beginning of her career. With the company where she had her first job, she had the opportunity to experience a major strategy process with Fresh Forward, and she has continued to follow Fresh Forward and later LUNAR Institute ever since.
Within our organizations, Ginny fulfills the role of Growth Inspirer. She is very curious as a person and is always learning. She stands for growth, for herself and for others. She also stands for inspiration. She believes that she can help people by giving them things to do, but that ultimately they have to take the step to do something themselves. Ginny is also involved in developing and implementing programs.
"The great thing about my role is that I am really part of a larger team myself. In recent years, I have worked intensively with different people and parties. But this is different. I am again dependent on colleagues, each other's timing, etc. And that is very healthy in the work I do, because in doing so, you yourself intensively experience the dynamics that you guide your clients on. Towards clients, I like the fact that I can contribute to achieving the results. With Fresh Forward and LUNAR Institute we make a real impact in strengthening the strategy, linked to behavior, the human dynamics. That this is powerful is something I believe in to my toes. And to be able to contribute to that, that really turns me on!"
