I started as a Bloom Strategist at Fresh Forward. A place where I can fully express my love for strategy, creativity and movement.
I help teams take root in a solid foundation and move toward ideas for which there were no words before.
Sometimes that requires weeding: letting go of what no longer works.
Sometimes fertilize correctly: reinforce what is right.
This creates change that is both solid and far-reaching. Not conceived at the drawing board, but nourished from within.
