Since September, Niels and Jempi's diaries have been filling up rapidly. Strategy and team days, leadership programs, meetings and conferences: in a short time, a remarkable number of organizations booked a lecture with us, often as the substantive starting point of a conversation about course and behavior. About what these times demand of us.

This growing demand is well explained. We are in a different era than we were a few years ago. The future is less obvious, the context is changing faster than ever, and many organizations feel that existing plans and frameworks no longer fit today's reality. There is a need for direction, new language and, above all, energy to move forward. People are asking for a clear interpretation of what is going on and what this means for leadership, strategy and culture. And that is precisely where our lectures strike a chord.

At Fresh Forward, we offer two powerful perspectives on the same question: how is the world changing and what does that require of us?

The perspective of the changing zeitgeist

In this lecture Niels Hansen you into the social undercurrents that define our times. Based on the Futurise® trend model - Founded on more than 40 years of behavioral science and constantly fed by technology and practice - he shows how the zeitgeist is tilting, what new values and drivers are emerging from it and what that means for strategy, positioning and leadership. This lecture is widely booked by organizations in the midst of a strategic journey, or for whom a reassessment of course and brand identity is underway. Think about the future towards 2030, the impact of AI on people and society, or the question of what future-proof leadership really means today. Niels links social trends to recognizable choices within organizations and thus offers direction, reflection and prospects for action.

The perspective of the keys of change power

At the same time, there is a growing need for deepening on the inside: what does change actually require of people? Why does movement in teams stall, even when the strategy is clear? That is exactly where the acid test lecture of Jempi Moens coming in. In an animated and confrontational story - based on his book SOURCE - Jempi exposes why many change projects fail and how to re-create movement from desire, behavior and culture. This is a story that touches on the essence of leadership and organizational development. Jempi's lectures are often used during leadership programs, change programs or team days where there is a need for depth, recognition and an honest - and sometimes confrontational - mirror.

Also in combination with a workshop or master class

Increasingly, organizations are choosing to view a lecture not as a separate moment of inspiration, but more as a substantive foundation for a strategic session. Therefore, at both Futurise® and ZUURSTOF, we offer a more extensive variant in which we actively engage with the team after the keynote. At Futurise® we call this a Challenge: a combination of lecture and workshop in which insights are translated into a shared vision of the future and directional choices. At ZUURSTOF we call it a Masterclass: an interactive, reflective session in which leaders and teams apply ‘the five keys of change power’ to their own situation.

So what makes these sessions so effective is that they not only inspire, but actually spur action. They bring a shared story, create a common language and create the basis for in-depth conversations that would not otherwise take place.
