This is the title of futurologist Mike van Rijswijk's book. We have been working with Mike for over 10 years, as part of our inspiration trips and in the field of technological innovations. His online book launch on June 11 therefore took place from, as he himself put it, "Fresh Forward's living room.
In the near future, robots build themselves and software can program itself. At the same time, humans can "axe" memory and intelligence. Or control prosthetics with the brain.
In this groundbreaking book, Mike provides insight into the developments that will totally transform the world as we know it. Along with several guests, Mike took us through the origins of this book and how our social robotics project with Philadelphia once started during the livestream. With Greet Prins, former Chair of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Care Foundation, and Jempi Moens, closely involved in Philadelphia's vision development as Chief Imagination Officer from Fresh Forward, he looked back on this.
Lydia van Exel, a woman with an intellectual disability to whom he dedicated his book, was also present with her parents Didi and Niek. She told us how much she loves Phi and that she could tell him secrets that her parents were not allowed to know.
