Every day we encourage our clients to step out of their bubble and create beautiful programs where inspiration is always part of coming to new insights.
A few times a year we get together with our own team because we think it's important to work on our own development as well. In the past month, we stepped out of our bubble during our own team day. And how!
We visited some of our clients. Among other things, we visited various departments at UMC Utrecht, we went to work with leaf blowers for SIGHT Landscaping To meet with clients in a resident complex. And we also got to volunteer with LunchMates Help provide lunch for elementary school children in Utrecht.
Each experience was impressive and brought us a great deal. Insights into personal attention, insights into the importance of the right language, the contrast of outside and inside, inspiring people, the importance of systems and so much more.
Making impact can be done in so many ways. But we also saw that we can make so much more impact. With wonderful energy and this experience in our backpack, we get back to work for our clients to make impact.
