Based on our philosophy of moving both strategy and teams permanently toward a next level bring, we often work with an energy plan. For example, last January we spent a day working with one of our clients from the education sector in the IJssel River (near Zutphen) to update their energy plan.

Starting with the overview of all the initiatives that had emerged from the vision, we made connections and, together, put renewed energy into them. With the group we picked up on the starting point, the course, to look forward from there.

During this 'Energy Day' we reflected on current developments in the sector and specific region, looked back on the process of creating the course and actively sought new impactful connections between the individual initiatives and people in the group. On the basis of the '5 keyforces of change' from the book OXYGEN by Jempi Moens, we mapped out what it takes to keep the energy on course and initiatives high.

From the strength of the group and the perspective of being able to make lasting impact, we stepped outside with a good program for 2024. On this wintry day, the wood stove was a great metaphor for working together to provide enough fire and oxygen and a blazing, burning fire.
