What it gets you and what it is
In this track, you will form an AI Core Team of 6 to 8 key people within your organization. They become the internal engine behind AI transformation and are able to implement AI:
- link to a clear vision and strategy
- translate to relevant use cases in your practice
- Guide in a people-centered and behaving manner
Afterwards:
- Have at least 4 AI experiments been launched
- Is there support and ownership by employees
- Have a concrete innovation format for embedding AI sustainably
- Is your organization prepared for future technological innovations without losing the human touch
How we work
The AI Core Team Pathway consists of four building blocks:
1. Form an AI Core Team
A group of 6-8 colleagues from your organization. Not an external task force, but internal ambassadors with impact.
2. Learning by doing
We combine AI knowledge with practical assignments, experiments and reflection. This is how we build step by step on a shared AI vision and concrete applications.
3. Embed AI in leadership and culture
We train the team in their leadership role and ensure commitment from the top. Because without support from above, AI remains a loose project instead of a lasting movement.
4. Work with experts
The course is guided by experienced experts from LUNAR Institute and The AI Playground. They bring strategy, behavior and technology together in one integrated program.
