On the website created specifically for this purpose reset the world, Patrick Jongmans of E-heroes and Ruud Tompot of Reset Your Brand, gather special interviews with people from their networks about their expectations after corona, at a proper distance and with hand in front of their mouths: the After Corona sessions.

Last week they interviewed our Chief eXperience Officer Matt van der Poel. Among other things, about discovering new paths during corona, about inspiration and initiatives.

When asked, "What do you advise companies to do right now before it is too late when the crisis is over?" he replied, "A crisis brings with it fear, and fear can have a paralyzing effect. We see this in people and also in organizations. Besides threats, this situation also offers opportunities. At our company, all projects that were running or in the pipeline were canceled or postponed. So no turnover, but suddenly a sea of time. Time that we had a huge shortage of in recent years due to the busyness, which prevented us from pursuing good ideas for innovation. But now we do. A few examples: we've accelerated our new app readiness for online sessions and pathways we didn't want to get into until recently, but have now; we've created our own Skylounge Studio to record podcasts and host webinars ourselves; and we're almost ready to introduce our Global Connectors Network, which connects us to developments in interesting regions of the world. Innovate now for later, that's my advice. And with the inquiries we are already getting again, we are confident that soon is coming sooner than we thought."
