During this edition of the People Circle, we zoom in on: The human side of AI. A digital heads-up on the intersection of technology, zeitgeist and humanity in organizations.
We will discuss both the promise and the dark side of AI. Because while the possibilities seem to be exploding, for many the discomfort is growing. What remains of the human in this story? Where is the space for connection, imagination and responsibility? How do you organize that ‘human side of AI’ as an HR director and what do you have to keep a sharp eye on and anticipate?
We're doing this with Niels Hansen, trend forecaster and expert on AI and the changing zeitgeist. Niels will take you through what drives people, what affects them, and how you as an HR leader can respond to what's coming.
