About Noorderpoort Art & Multimedia
Noorderpoort Art & Multimedia offers MBO programs in the fields of art, theater, multimedia, music and gaming in Groningen.
Challenge
A clear vision of the future and an attractive profile, both internally and externally, with positioning to (potential) students and cooperation partners, and the connection to society and position in the region.
Approach
We got to work with "The Makers," an enthusiastic team of colleagues. They engaged with students, colleagues and collaborative partners, taking their input. After the creative process of creating the vision, 'The Makers' shared their stories through images, texts and vlogs. And entered into conversation with all colleagues in the enrichment session, making the story even sharper and richer, and of all Noorderpoorters.
Result
- Insight into future developments and what this means for Noorderpoort and a feel for what is going on with students, cooperation partners and staff.
- A lived, inspiring and supported vision of the future, with three strategic pillars. Based on the creative community of the North, and three associated core values to support the vision.
- A focus for profiling and concrete initiatives to flesh this out and bring the vision to life. A team of "Makers" who want to realize this together with colleagues.
