From worrying about each other to believing in each other
Royal Kentalis supports people who are hearing impaired, deaf or deaf-blind or have a language development disorder (TOS) or communicative multiple impairment. They believe it is important that the people they are there for can communicate with others, be understood and participate in society. That is why Kentalis offers research, diagnostics, care, special education, outpatient supervision at regular schools and job coaching. Of course, Kentalis is also there for parents, family members and professionals.
The MT of Kentalis Education had developed a strategy over the past few years. They wanted to enrich and complete this strategy together for the plans of the coming years. In addition, the question was to master the process of how to redesign the strategy together. And this together as a new MT.
During the process, we worked with the team to be connected to the outside world; developments in society and in conversation with teachers, students, parents, stakeholders and colleague', to enrich the strategy based on those insights.
